The AM Noura Barre Academy is designed for future teachers, movement lovers and anyone wanting to immerse themselves deeper into Barre. Whether your goal is to teach professionally one day or simply expand your personal practice, this experience offers a strong foundation in contemporary Barre training.

Over two intensive and carefully curated days, participants explore:

• Barre foundations & technique

• Posture, alignment & body awareness

• Musicality & class flow

• Cueing & teaching presence

• Sequencing & class structure

• Hands on adjustments

• ⁠How and when to use the props

• Modifications for different bodies and levels

• Finding your own authentic teaching style and voice

To maintain a personal and elevated learning environment, each training is intentionally limited to a small number of participants.

The Barre Academy takes place directly at AM Noura in Zurich and includes both practical and theory based learning.
